Y MARISWAMY- Managing Trustee
Fondly referred as YMS, is a social activist with a passion for emancipation of most marginalized community. He was actively involved in social development for the past 25 years. His contribution towards children's health, education, development, and protection has been exemplary. He was the Chairperson of the Karnataka State Commission for protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR) 2019. Presently the guiding force behind AEAET with his vast experience and his leadership qualities.

Over 20 years of progressive leadership Executive Director experience in the areas of Behavioral Health, Prevention Programs, Community Outreach and Education with children and families with a variety of populations and various settings. He is volunteering his services to the organisation taking time from his busy schedule in various other businesses.

In his social life spanning 20years he was renowned for his impeccable work with Don Bosco. He has championed the cause of fighting against child labour. His work on identifying marginalized youth, children of limited support. and his subsequent guidance to build their career was commendable , The awareness and life skill inculcated by him among hundreds of youths are his hallmark . He has worked extensively for the street children, missing children, drug addicted children, and children from slums in reforming them and bringing them back to mainstream education. Presently the chief coordinator in AEAET the engine behind all our program execution and the leader to all the program executives.
